• Using this eFarmer portal is free of charge! 
• We support two ways of registering:
  1. Someone can register himself on this portal, or
  2. An authorized person (user) can register a person when acting on this person´s behalf (with his approval).
• The user of the portal (you personally or the autorized person) is allowed to use the services of this portal such as completing, checking, and sending aid scheme linked claims and documents to the corresponding Rural Payment Agency (RPA).
• Your personal data is protected at all times by the personal data protection policy rules. When the user signed in with his/her password, the user has access to his/her data only. 
• The distribution and dissemination of the eFarmer portal content is granted only with the approval of the eFarmer provider. More details see General Terms

The eFarmer portal provider commits himself to the protection of personal data gathered through the deployment and operation of this eFarmer Portal. The provider acts according to the personal data protection law as well as other generally binding legal regulations.
