How many farmers may I create under my user account?
In this stage of the project we do not limit the number of farmers that you intend to administer (their applications) under your user account. You are allowed to create a farmer for yourself, or other farmers whom you have the right to represent.
How many farms may the farmer have in the system?
In this stage of the project the number of farms you create for your farmer in the portal is not limited. In case your farmer has no farm in the records it is possible to create a farm in the eFarmer system as the so-called testing farm, to find the aid scheme linked with this testing farm type, and create online the corresponding application forms.
The completion of this farms system will be ready by 2007 when the change in aid schemes linked with farms is scheduled.
How many applications may I create?
The number of applications is not limited. How many of them you actually submit to the payment agency only depends on you. You are allowed to create test applications in the eFarmer portal.
You are allowed to create applications not only for you but also for your neighbour or your acquaintance as long as he/she has no internet connection and does not intend to create his/her own application.
What is the purpose of the "scenario" selection/setting?
With the help of scenario you have the opportunity to find out the aid scheme subsidy and to create your own aid scheme related application for a specific farmer and his farm. You apply the scenario on a farmer (and his farms) you are interested in to find out his aid scheme related subsidies.
What to do if the farmer has no farm kept on records?
To find out a certain aid scheme subsidy it is necessary to select a scenario (= select a farmer and his farm). In case the farmer has no farm kept on records, create the so-called testing farm that would identify the farmer´s actual agricultural land (and not his farm). Thereafter the testing farm may be used for completing the scenario and finding the right aid scheme subsidy.
Do I have to delete the applications after their completion and printing?
This is not necessary. On the contrary, we recommend you to keep them all, as completed by you, in the eFarmer system portal. All the inserted data are protected and accessible for you only. You have the possibility to access, read, consult, print these applications and add, or modify your data. When preparing and editing a new application you are allowed to use data from previously prepared applications stored on the eFarmer Portal.
